Before rowing for UConn, Noah was a four year rower and Captain at Choate Rosemary Hall. When not on the water at Coventry Lake, Noah works as a commercial fisherman in Kodiak, Alaska.

Over the past four years, he has competed in the Head of the Charles, ACRA national championship, and many local regattas. Jack is a senior who joined the team during his freshman year after competing in track and field for four years in high school. Over the past four years, he has competed in the Head of the Charles, ACRA national championship, and many local regattas. Annie is a coxswain on the UConn Men’s Crew team studying Political Science. In the fall seasons of her high school career, she played field hockey in addition to coxing for Coventry Lake Community Rowing. In the spring, she coxed for her high school crew team. She joined UConn Men’s Crew in the fall of 2017 when she became a Husky after transferring from Emmanuel College in Boston. This past summer she competed at club nationals with Hartford’s Riverfront Rowing Men’s 8+ in New Jersey. She can’t wait to see what the team will do in the coming racing seasons!

He competed in the CPSRA and NEIRA spring championships for 2 consecutive years, and is happy he found a welcoming and competitive team here at UConn.

  Samantha DePalma   Hometown: Southbury, CT  Height: 5’5”  Class of 2021 || Coxswain  Sam is a Biological Sciences major on the Pre-Dental track at UConn. She ran on the cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams in high school, and joined the men's crew team during the fall of her freshman year. She competed in the novice lightweight category at the ACRA National Championships this past spring and helped to bring home a second-place medal. Her mom (UCMC - '91) already thinks Sam is a better coxswain than she was.

Sam is a Biological Sciences major on the Pre-Dental track at UConn. She ran on the cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams in high school, and joined the men's crew team during the fall of her freshman year. She competed in the novice lightweight category at the ACRA National Championships this past spring and helped to bring home a second-place medal. Her mom (UCMC - '91) already thinks Sam is a better coxswain than she was.

  Will Carlson   Hometown: Higganum, CT  Height: 6’4” Weight: 163 lbs  Class of 2021 || Port  Will was born in California and moved to Connecticut when he was two (2) years old. In high school, he competed in both swimming and running. After a long summer of height training, Will grew to 6'4 and decided he was ready to join the UConn Men's Crew Team. Will was born in California and moved to Connecticut when he was two (2) years old. In high school, he competed in both swimming and running. After a long summer of height training, Will grew to 6'4 and decided he was ready to join the UConn Men's Crew Team.
