Huskies Back on the Water at Head of the Riverfront Regatta

On Sunday, October 3rd, UConn Men’s Crew began their 2021 Fall season at the Head of the Riverfront Regatta in Hartford, Connecticut.

The Huskies had two entries in the Men’s Open 8+ event, finishing 12th and 14th, as well as two Men’s Open 4+ entries, finishing 8th and 13th. 

Both novice boats had 2nd place podium finishes in their respective Men’s Open Novice 8+ and Men’s Open Novice 4+ races. 

UConn Men’s Crew had 9 alumni compete for another 2nd place finish in the final race of the day - the Men’s College Alumni 8+.
